Vida Homes Pty Ltd started in 1992 by directors Vince and Daniella Messina, doing residential developments in the “South West” of Sydney.

The company soon diversified into the commercial and industrial sector.

The company now trades as Vida Constructions.

With over 21 years of experience in building and developing, Vida (more commonly known as) has built life time relationships with its clients and consistently delivers high quality projects on time and on budget.

Majority of the business is from repeat clients and referrals.

Our projects range from $750,000 - $12 million

Vida has a reputation for providing personal service and attention to detail in all construction projects the company undertakes and the company is always on the lookout for new and innovative ideas that it can provide for its clients and sometimes provide alternate solutions for those difficult projects.

Our successful projects include;

Tahmoor Town Centre

This retail project consisted of a “Woolworths Supermarket” and 15 specialty shops over a basement car park. The company had a huge input in the design of this project.

Metro Link Bus Depot

A “state of the art” bus facility which included workshop, panel beating facility, drive through wash bay and 2 storey office accommodation

Victoria Centre

The “Victoria Centre” consisted of 3 level office building with retail on ground floor and basement car park.

Platinum Pre- School Prestons

This 50 place child care facility built for the Catholic Arch-Diocese on a vacant site in Prestons. A 500 sqm building with an outdoor fully covered playing area on soft play made this a place for the young to enjoy.

Warehouse And Distribution Facility

A modern warehouse facility with 8 m high clearance, 30 m roof spans and fully sprinkled building including loading dock facilities.
